为进一步推进全球生态文化资源保护和可持续利用，探索生态和文化资源在文旅业高质量发展中的价值，持续为全球绿色发展拓展新空间、探索新模式、增强新动能，第四届湖南旅游发展大会期间，来自全球的文旅专家、学者代表齐聚洞庭湖畔，以 “文化铸魂，生态赋能，推进文旅高质量发展” 为主题，共同讲述国际视野下文化生态旅游高质量发展的有效路径和中国案例，为相关国家和地区提供借鉴。

Our aim is to further advance the protection and sustainable use of global eco-cultural resources, explore the value of ecological and cultural resources in the high-quality development of cultural tourism, and continuously expand new spaces, explore new models, and enhance new momentum for global green development. The 4th Hunan Tourism Development Conference gathers representatives of global cultural and tourism experts and scholars by the Dongting Lake. Under the theme of "Cultural Soul-Embedding,Ecological Empowerment, Promoting High-Quality Development of Cultural Tourism", they jointly shared effective paths and Chinese cases of high-quality development of eco-cultural tourism from international perspectives, providing references for relevant countries and regions.

Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets. A sound ecosystem and beautiful environment form the cornerstone of tourism. Hunan and Yueyang are fully committed to transforming ecological resources into the lasting charm of tourism through practice.

我们倡议，进一步加强生态资源的有效保护和可持续利用，大力发展绿色低碳旅游，以良好的生态环境持续为旅游业发展提供新空间，创造新价值。

We propose to further strengthen the effective protection and sustainable use of ecological resources, vigorously develop green and low-carbon tourism, and leverage the good ecological environment to continuously provide new spaces and create new value for tourism development.
